PicSay
PicSay is a fun and useful photo editor app for your Evo smartphone. PicSay allows you to personalize your photos by adding text balloons and titles over the images. Furthermore, you can add various props like fake beards, glasses, and other items. It also functions as a more traditional image editor, so you can cut-copy-paste across images, modify colors, etc. This one of those Evo apps that can offer unlimited fun – pretty much every time you use your camera!
Advanced editing techniques include the ability to apply “selective desaturation”, which is a fancy way of saying that you can convert the whole photo to black and white (or other tone) while leaving some parts in their original colors. You can save and share these modified images on Twitter, or view a simple list of all images processed through PicSay. The interface is simple and very easy-to-use. This Evo app comes in free and paid versions, so there’s nothing stopping you from giving the free version a whirl on your HTC Evo and see if you like it.
